PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR VISIBILITY
The A-Pod brackets are designed to position your side mirrors in a familiar location, similar to your everyday car or truck. They are designed to position the mirror slightly away from and behind the A-pillar, just in front of the lower OSP cover that comes with your OEM Honda fabric soft doors. Choosing the right mirrors is critical; mirrors that orient vertically, such as the Seizmik Embark Side Mirror, are not visible to the driver. We recommend using a mirror that mounts horizontally. The 10 mm side mirror mount is compatible with various single-bolt mirrors. We tested several of them, but did not test any Seizmik Pursuit-style mirrors. 

Choose the right Mirror- our choice, the Tusk Pivot Folding Mirror, is perfect for a machine used in any terrain. This durable mirror is designed to stay in position while riding, but will break away from its original position in the event of an impact to help prevent damage to the mirror.

Note: Testing included running the mirror into trees at various speeds, which was nothing extreme, but if you wondered why the brackets are made from 1/4'' steel, there's a reason. The A-Pod Brackets' Solid steel construction is designed to withstand the most extreme punishment, allowing the mirror to fold in when hit and return to its original position in one move.
