The A-POD HSD Multi-Pod is the only 2-in-1 light bar and mirror mounting system designed to seamlessly integrate with the Honda Pioneer 1000, including the 1000-5 and 1000-6 models, while remaining fully compatible with Honda OEM fabric front soft doors.

Proudly Made in the USA, each bracket is precision-manufactured from heavy-duty steel and finished with a durable black powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance.

Mirror Compatibility

Choosing the right mirror is important for maintaining passenger-side visibility. Vertically oriented mirrors, such as the Seizmik Embark Side Mirror, are not visible from the driver's seat when mounted on the A-POD brackets. We recommend using a horizontally mounted mirror for the best field of view.

The included 10 mm mirror mount is compatible with a variety of single-bolt mirrors. While we tested several mirror designs, we did not evaluate Seizmik Pursuit-style mirrors.

Our Recommended Mirror

The Tusk Pivot Folding Mirror is our preferred choice. It provides excellent visibility, remains securely positioned during normal riding, and folds away on impact to help reduce the likelihood of mirror damage.

Built to Take a Hit

These brackets weren't just designed on a computer—they were tested in the real world.

During product development, we intentionally struck trees with the mirrors at various riding speeds to evaluate bracket strength and durability. While we weren't trying to destroy them, we wanted to ensure they would withstand the impacts encountered on tight trails.

That's why the A-POD brackets are laser-cut from 1/4-inch steel.

Their heavy-duty construction allows the mirror to fold away during an impact and return to its original position with minimal adjustment, helping protect both the mirror and the bracket while keeping you on the trail.
